As the age-old antisemitism culminated with Jewish Holocaust, anti-Amhara narratives in Ethiopia have resulted in continued extermination of ethnic Amharas.
Ethnic Amharas in Ethiopia are fighting for their survival.. Based on false narratives, ethnic Amharas are hated, persecuted and massacred primarily by the Oromo led Federal government forces and their Tigray accomplices.
We have nothing left; our enemies took it all, our lives, our homes, our livelihood, our land, & our country. This is forced upon us. We did not ask to be massacred, to be displaced, raped, looted & denigrated. Our back is against the wall. We have no other choice but fightback.
Since April/2018, more than 1650 race based attacks occurred in Ethiopia. All these attacks targeted ethnic Amharas that are Ethiopian Orthodox Christians. Hundreds of thousands have been massacred, millions displaced, countless women raped, our lands invaded, billions lost and the country in a perpetual civil war. We inform, educate and disseminate these atrocities to garner support.

ALM vehemently opposes and fights to bring an end to the political exclusion of ethnic Amharas and the domination of particular ethnic groups, on an explicitly ethnic basis.
Our ideal is safeguarding all Amhara interest through the establishment of an Amhara nation (state), the liberation of Amharas from the killings, lootings, persecutions, humiliations, discrimination and anti-Amharanism our people had been subjected to.
To halt and/or systematically manage the mass expulsions and genocidal eliminations of Amharas deemed as not belonging to the “right” ethnic (including religious or linguistic) group in various regions of present-day Ethiopia.
To be at the table whenever and wherever Amhara nation matters are discussed as an equal partner to ensure all Amhara interests are represented and safeguarded. We vow to never leave the Amhara people unrepresented!
